Jessica is a senior fundraising strategist and nonprofit executive who helps mission-driven organizations grow revenue, strengthen donor relationships, and build confident, engaged boards. She brings a powerful blend of strategic leadership and frontline fundraising experience, with a focus on practical systems and approaches that leaders can actually sustain.
With over 16 years of experience across 501(c)(3) nonprofits, 501(c)(4) advocacy organizations, and PACs, Jessica has led major donor and foundation strategies, coached executive directors on donor portfolios and messaging, and partnered with boards to achieve 100% fundraising participation. Her work has driven significant increases in contributed revenue in short timeframes, including revitalizing major gift programs, strengthening grant pipelines, and building durable fundraising infrastructure.
Jessica is known for stepping into complex, under-resourced environments and quickly bringing clarity, confidence, and momentum. As Founder and CEO of Think Big Collective, she partners with leaders who are ready to think bigger about their fundraising, build authentic relationships with individual donors and institutional funders, and create bold, sustainable futures for their organizations.

With a background in digital media, entertainment, Web3, marketing, and project management, she has built a career around bringing ambitious ideas to life through thoughtful strategy and strong execution. Her work has included leading online communities, producing digital and in-person educational experiences across the country, developing content and campaigns with music artists, and supporting cross-functional creative projects for organizations including Gitcoin and ZORA. Beyond her professional work, Dae is an independent creator and builder exploring gaming, streaming, songwriting, and storytelling. At the heart of her work is a love for connecting people, creating with intention, and turning imaginative ideas into something tangible.

She currently serves as the Communications Director at OneAmerica, working to build the power of immigrants in Washington state and beyond.
