Jessica is a senior fundraising strategist and nonprofit executive who helps mission-driven organizations grow revenue, strengthen donor relationships, and build confident, engaged boards. She brings a powerful blend of strategic leadership and frontline fundraising experience, with a focus on practical systems and approaches that leaders can actually sustain.

With over 15 years of experience across 501(c)(3) nonprofits, 501(c)(4) advocacy organizations, and PACs, Jessica has led major donor and foundation strategies, coached executive directors on donor portfolios and messaging, and partnered with boards to achieve 100% fundraising participation. Her work has driven significant increases in contributed revenue in short timeframes, including revitalizing major gift programs, strengthening grant pipelines, and building durable fundraising infrastructure.

Jessica is known for stepping into complex, under-resourced environments and quickly bringing clarity, confidence, and momentum. As Founder and CEO of Think Big Collective, she partners with leaders who are ready to think bigger about their fundraising, build authentic relationships with individual donors and institutional funders, and create bold, sustainable futures for their organizations.

Samara Parra is a strategic partner to nonprofit leaders, bringing over a decade of experience supporting organizations across civic participation, community engagement, operations, and program strategy. She works closely with executive directors and leadership teams to strengthen internal systems, clarify priorities, and translate big-picture goals into practical, achievable plans.

Her experience includes building and leading statewide grassroots campaigns and leadership development initiatives that strengthened civic participation and deepened community engagement. She has managed complex budgets, workflows, and data systems and brings a structured, outcomes-focused approach that helps organizations stay organized, aligned, and effective as they grow. Her background across both mission-driven and corporate environments gives her a unique ability to balance strategy with execution.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Samara builds strong relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders and is skilled at creating bilingual spaces that support collaboration and trust. She is known for her thoughtful, organized approach and her ability to bring clarity to complex projects.

Samara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston and has contributed to initiatives that expand access, opportunity, and participation across diverse communities, both locally and internationally.

Carol Walter is a Senior Marketing and Communications Strategist who partners with mission-driven organizations as a trusted advisor and creative thought partner, often serving as a hands-on Director of Marketing and Communications. She works closely with executive leaders to imagine what’s possible, clarify strategy, and shape complex ideas into clear, thoughtful plans that teams can carry forward with confidence.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic management consulting and marketing advisory work, Carol has guided hundreds of advertising, content, and communications initiatives across nonprofit and mission-driven sectors. She is particularly effective at supporting small or growing teams—bringing clarity, focus, and momentum while honoring the realities of limited time and resources.

Carol is known for her creative perspective and big-picture thinking. She excels at refining positioning, crafting integrated communications strategies, redesigning digital presence for clarity and connection, and helping organizations translate ambitious visions into practical, sustainable systems. Whether an organization is starting with a bold idea or a set of existing efforts, Carol helps uncover the throughline and shape a cohesive path forward.
