Think Big Collective is growing, and we're looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us put the systems in place that will carry us into our next chapter. This is a focused 2-3 month engagement (roughly 65 hours total, 5-8 hours a week) covering onboarding and off-boarding workflows, QuickBooks setup, contract organization, invoicing, and ongoing executive assistant support for our CEO. The role is fully virtual with flexible hours. Think Big Collective is located in Seattle, WA and operates on Pacific Standard time.
Rate: $40–$45/hr, depending on location. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The final application deadline is July 20.
